Rattan - Pehang/Lunti

Pehang and Lunti  Cane are species of Rattan that has a natural shiny protective outer skin. This material is mostly used for Basket Weaving, Cray Pot Makers and Whip handle makers. It's also used for making quality Rattan Furniture even Balloon Baskets. Rattan is incredibly strong and durable. Rattan is often confused with Bamboo. However, Bamboo has a hollow inner core, where as Rattan is completely solid.

3/5 mm dia $3.00 per metre
8/10 mm dia $6.50 per metre 

Split Rattan is solid rattan cut in half.
